Affectionately known as HDLM (pronounced 'Hoodlum') -- a group of merchants, organizations, and property owners organized to support and promote the business community and merchants within the Downtown Littleton area and work to preserve the character which is uniquely Historic Downtown Littleton. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month 8:00 am at the Town Hall Arts Center. We love Downtown Littleton! Join us and help make a difference... and have a lot of fun in the process!
