Here we store the past Historic Downtown Littleton Trivia which has been posted in the 'Conundrum' section of the monthly Out & About eNewsletter. If you have a bit of trivia you would care to share, please send it to: info@downtownlittleton.com. Thanks!

The January Conundrum:
What popular Littleton merchant got its start in the back room of a neighboring shop?
The answer to this bit of downtown Littleton trivia lies in our own Jose's Restaurant at 2420 W. Main. Jose originally started his restaurant in the back room of the Family bar which is now the Olde Towne Tavern at 2410 W. Main.
The December Conundrum:
What Historic Downtown Littleton Merchant has a sign with their name hanging, not on their location, but on their neighbor's location?
The answer I was thinking of was on the back of the Coors building at the corner of Main and Nevada. Seasons at 2489 W. Main occupies the main floor of this corner, yet facing the alley hangs the orginal Abe's Cafe sign which hung out in front of Abe's in the late 50s, early 60s. Abe's is next door to Seasons at 2479 W. Main.
The November Conundrum:
What Historic Downtown Littleton Merchant has parts of it's owner's name in it's business name?
I received quite a few great answers such as: Jose's Restaurant, Lautenbach Insurnace, Penny Robbin Dancewear, and Bradford Auto Body. The answer I was looking for, however, was a bit less obvious: McKinner's Pizza. The owners, Christopher McGraw and Keven Kinaschuk used parts of their last names to create the name McKinner's... they also create great pizza!
